Body Balancing

Body Balancing is a safe and gentle method for helping your body to restore and maintain its own natural rhythms and balance.

By using a combination of massage and gently persuasive movements of the muscles and joints, the body’s ability to heal itself is enhanced. Body Balancing is effective in the relief of muscle tension and nerve pain associated with the head, neck, shoulders and back, especially the lower back and sciatic nerve area.

Body BalanceIt is a non-invasive full-body treatment that most people who have experienced it find both relaxing and generally beneficial. It is not necessary to remove clothing, and no instruments other than the practitioner’s hands are used.

First appointments are usually of one hour, to allow time for note taking and explanation of the treatment. Follow up sessions are usually of about half an hour.
