Massage has been used as a therapy for thousands of years. Therapeutic massage is generally deeper than aromatherapy massage it helps with pain, stiffness and aids mobility in problem areas. Essential oils can assist by helping expel toxins which build up around joints causing stiffness and pain. Therapeutic massage can be used in short sessions, e.g. for neck and shoulders.
