Norman treats a range of different conditions, including gastro-intestinal, fatigue, skin and circulatory problems. He is a member of the National Institute of Medial Herbalists, qualifying at Westminster University in 2002. He has run classes on herbalism, and regularly gives talks to local groups. He also practises at the Wantage Clinic.
